The menu, and how to check it.

Four things, each with the rule that governs it. We would rather tell you what holds us to a claim than tell you how good we are at it.

Scope and price are a conversation, not a page — what a store needs in Scottsdale is not what it needs somewhere with four competitors and no showroom. Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will tell you what it takes.

How anything reaches a customer

Capture, evidence, approval, send. In that order, every time.

Step 01

Capture

A homeowner uploads a photo of their own kitchen to see it remodelled. That photo is intent you cannot fake, and it arrives with a name and an email.

GATE · consent text, version, IP and user agent stored verbatim

Step 02

Evidence

The photo, the permission and the render are written to an append-only table, hash-chained per lead. Editing history is refused by the database itself.

GATE · no evidence, no billable lead

Step 03

Approval

An agent proposes the message and says why. It lands in a queue a person reads. Agents hold no send credentials — one worker does, and it takes orders from humans.

GATE · pending until a named human decides

Step 04

Send

At send time the gates run again: suppression list, consent on file, quiet hours 8pm–8am Phoenix, rate cap. Any one of them stops the message.

GATE · re-checked at the moment of sending, not at approval

A billable lead is a photo, a written consent, or a booked consult. Never a raw click. This is the one rule we will not price around.
