A human holds the pen.
The office
Eight names. Every claim checkable.
This is the whole company: who works here, who answers to whom, and the rules each one is held to. The status beside a name is not a badge we chose — it is read from the same public feed the Floor runs on, thirty seconds at a time. When that feed cannot be reached, every light goes hollow and the page says so.
Offline — status unavailable
The same eight, at work
The room they are in.
Desk lamps and the counts along the bottom are live from the same feed as the statuses above. Where a figure walks is set dressing and asserts nothing. Opening a file below and following See <name> on the Floor pulses that desk three times, so you can find them. The same floor drawn as a plan →
The machines they operate
The Render Engine
One photo of a kitchen becomes a photorealistic redesign in about a minute.
LIVE
The Spine
The ledger under everything: people, consents, evidence, approvals. Nothing sends without a row.
LIVE
The Floor
The office as a live window. Captions are receipts; walking is set dressing.
LIVE
The files
Every rule below is one we actually enforce.
Each of these is written into the machine, not into a values page — a send that fails a consent, suppression, quiet-hours or rate check does not go out and cannot be made to.
AndrewFounder
Owns the company and the store it was proven in. Every message that reaches a real person is approved by him first.
Operating laws
- Approves every outbound message before it can be sent.
- Holds the send credentials. No agent has one.
- Decides anything touching consent, franchise, legal or price.

LevChief of Staff
Runs the fleet and the day from a Mac Studio in Scottsdale. He reports what ran, what failed, and what he cannot yet know.
Operating laws
- Reports every morning at 9:00.
- Never holds a send credential.
- Never contacts a homeowner or customer directly, on any channel.
- Escalates rather than guesses.
SairaConsultations
Store side, and the only voice a customer hears on the phone. The call queue routes to her calendar and stops at its edges.
Operating laws
- Calls are hers. The queue routes to her; no agent dials.
- Nothing is booked past real consult capacity.

ScoutFirst touch
Answers a new lead before it cools. He is the reason the office has a light on at three in the morning.
Operating laws
- Answers in under 60 seconds, around the clock.
- Cannot contact anyone without consent on file.
- Every message clears suppression, consent, quiet-hours and rate gates — at approval and again at send.
- Writes only a pending_approval row. The cloud sends; he never does.
HoltPersistence
Takes the follow-ups nobody has the patience for, on a schedule that ends. He stops when the sequence says stop.
Operating laws
- Touches two through eight, then stops.
- One opt-out silences every channel, everywhere.
- Nothing proposed for delivery between 8pm and 8am Phoenix.
IrisPublisher
Drafts the week's show and hands it to a human. She has never published anything on her own authority.
Operating laws
- Nothing publishes without human approval.
- No identifiable customer kitchen, name or address without a release on file.
- No price, discount or promotion.
- Never reuses a photo whose origin she cannot trace.
ProspectorLists and mail
Reads county records and clusters them into same-kitchen neighborhoods. He talks to no one, by design.
Operating laws
- Researches only. Contacts no one.
- Targeted lists only. No saturation mail.
- Writes no customer data to this machine.

ShepherdReactivation and the Review Engine
Wakes the list that went quiet and asks finished customers for a review. One ask, after the reveal, then he lets it go.
Operating laws
- Asks for a review once, politely, after reveal day.
- Every review request goes through the approval queue like everything else.
- Reactivates the dormant list — never a name without consent on file.
Receipts come from the public floor feed: the newest real event for that name, with the time it happened in Phoenix. There are no totals on this page, because the feed cannot yet prove one and we are not going to estimate it. UNKNOWN means exactly that.
