How anything reaches a customer
A human holds the pen.
Nothing reaches a real person without someone approving it, and approval does not override the gates. An approved message to a suppressed number still comes back blocked. One written at 1am waits until 8am. A lead with no evidence attached cannot be marked billable — that rule is a database trigger, not a promise.

Every system runs at Cabinet IQ of Scottsdale before it is sold to anyone else. The store is the laboratory, the proof and the first customer. When ninety days of numbers exist they go on the Proof page — whether they flatter us or not.
